I lead digital platforms and product transformation at enterprise scale.

I am a Senior Product Manager and Digital Platform Lead with 15 years of experience owning complex digital ecosystems. I have worked across global and European organisations in automotive, resources, healthcare, and consumer sectors, always at the intersection of strategy, engineering, and commercial delivery.

I specialise in environments where the platform is underperforming, the operating model is unclear, or the delivery has stalled. I bring structure, commercial rigour, and a clear point of view on what needs to change and why. I am not a consultant who advises from a distance: I own the outcome.

At Honda, I led the European digital platform across 18 markets for two years. At Fortescue, I rebuilt the global delivery model from near-scratch in under six months. Earlier, at Direct Wines, I led marketing and CRM across Laithwaites, Averys, and British Airways Wine Flyer, growing one brand to profitability for the first time in three years.

I hold SAFe POPM and PSPO I and II certifications, and I am a Chartered Marketer via the CIM. I am based in Wokingham, UK, and open to senior PM, platform lead, and Head of Product roles, remote-first or hybrid.
